Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 PM. We are happy to store your luggage at the reception for you. If you wish to check out after 12:00 PM, please contact the reception.

Adapters / Electrical Outlets

All sockets are equipped with 230 V/50 Hz. Power and telephone adapters are available at the reception.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is 2 kilometers away in Kipfenberg. We are happy to order medication for you with delivery directly to the hotel.

Doctor

Please call the reception. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Excursions

You can get tips and plenty of brochures at any time at the reception.

Auto Repair Shop

Baby Cots

Available for an additional €12. Please contact our housekeeping team.

Bathrobe and Slippers

We are happy to bring a bathrobe and bath slippers to your room for a rental fee of €5. Please contact Reception

Please pay your hotel bill at the reception. In addition to cash, we also accept MasterCard / Eurocard, Visa Card, and Eurocheque Card.

Do Not Disturb

Please hang the designated sign on the outside of the door if the room should not be cleaned yet or if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Flowers

Our reception staff will be happy to order flowers for you.

Ironing Board / Iron

We are happy to bring this to your room. Please contact the reception.

Ironing Service

We are happy to iron your laundry for a fee, with return within one hour. Please contact our housekeeping team.

Blankets

Additional wool or bed blankets are available upon request. Please contact our housekeeping team.

Special Diet Kitchen

We are happy to prepare special diet meals for you upon request. Please inform our service staff of your requirements.

First Aid

A first aid kit is available at the reception.

Bicycle Rental

We provide our guests with rental bicycles for a fee of €5 per day. For booking or reservation, please contact the reception.

Windows

At certain times, there are many mosquitoes in the Altmühltal Nature Park.

Dear Guests, your room has two windows, one of which is equipped with mosquito protection! We kindly ask you to open only this window, for the sake of your restful night and good sleep, and of course to protect our white walls.

Fire

The automatic fire alarm system in our building will notify you via loudspeakers. Information about escape routes can be found in the anteroom of your room and in the corridors.

Fire Extinguisher

They are located on every floor in the corridors and staircases.

Photocopies

You can obtain these for a fee at our reception.

Breakfast

Enjoy our breakfast buffet in the breakfast area daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Lost and Found

If you find any items, please hand them in at our reception. If you are looking for lost items, please also contact the reception.

Luggage

We are happy to store your luggage in our luggage room. Please contact the reception.

Hygiene products such as toothbrushes or razors are available at the reception for you.

Internet

In all rooms you have access to high-speed Internet or a dial-up modem. Across the entire property we provide wireless LAN – see Wireless LAN. Additionally, a computer with Internet access is available for guests at the reception. Please ask our staff for the password.

Children

Children under 3 years sleep free in the parents’ room, in the parents’ bed. Children aged 3 and over pay €20 per night for the rollaway bed.

Our hotel is specially designed for your meetings and features daylight-filled and climate-controlled conference rooms. They are flexibly configurable. For detailed information, please contact the reception.

Pillow

We are happy to provide a second pillow. We also offer allergy-friendly pillows. Please contact our reception.

Sewing accessories

One set is in your bathroom. Sewing service is available upon request. Please contact the reception.

Emergency exits

Please observe the notices on your room door and in the hallways.

Emergency doctor

In case of illness or if medical assistance is otherwise required, please call the reception.

Parking spaces

Free on-site parking is available.

Post

You are welcome to leave your letters and postcards at reception. They will be taken to the post office daily.

Radio programs

You can receive radio programs via your television. Please refer to our program guide for details.

Umbrella

If you require an umbrella, please contact reception.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is open daily. Hot meals are served daily from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Additional days of closure apply during the winter months.

Roomservice

We offer our guests room service for drinks and food from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please order by phone or directly from our service staff. We will gladly add the costs to your room bill.

Reception

This service is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Safe

There is a safe at our reception desk where you are welcome to deposit your valuables.

We will gladly scan your documents. Please contact reception for this service.

Shoe cleaning machine

Located on the ground floor, next to the toilets.

Sports equipment rental

We are happy to provide our guests with table tennis rackets and footballs free of charge – against a small deposit at reception.

You are welcome to use our table tennis table next to the breakfast terrace; we have rackets and balls available for you free of charge at reception.

Laundry / Cleaning

Laundry handed in at reception before 9:00 a.m. will be returned to you by evening. A laundry list and a laundry bag are located in your wardrobe.

Change of linen

Please contact reception if you would like your bed linen and towels changed daily.

Wake-up service

We would be happy to wake you up by phone. Our reception staff will take your wake-up request.

Wireless LAN

Wireless LAN is available in all public areas. You can obtain the necessary access codes free of charge at our reception and on a sign in your room.

Newspapers

Daily newspapers are available free of charge in the breakfast area and in the dining rooms.

Cigarettes

A cigarette vending machine is located outside. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. Ashtrays are available for your use outside, for example on our terrace or your balcony.

Extra beds

We will gladly provide it to you for a fee of €24.00.
