We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are required by Section 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). 1 TMG is responsible for own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as service providers are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected.
